"Easy to order, but double-check everything"
Ordering was straightforward, I picked the blinds I wanted and checked out fast. Just a warning to others: make sure you double-check your measurements and selections before submitting, because the process moves quickly and it’d be easy to miss something.

"Really happy with the blinds so far"
I’ve only had the blinds up for a little while, so I can’t really say how they’ll hold up long term, but so far I’m really pleased. They feel sturdy, look good, and seem like nice quality.

"Pretty decent, for the most part"
The blinds were actually close to the measurements I sent in, which was a nice surprise. One of them ended up a little tight in the frame, so it doesn’t look quite as clean as I was hoping, but it still works fine. Not perfect, but better than I expected

"Showed up right on time"

"i was kind of surprised by the..."
i was kind of surprised by the prices on blindstogo.com. i had checked a few other sites first, and most of them were more expensive for pretty much the same type of blinds.
ordering was simple enough, and when the blinds showed up, they actually looked better than i expected. they’re not super fancy or anything, but they look clean and feel solid.

for what i paid, i’m really happy with them. it felt like a good deal, and i’d definitely use them again if i need blinds for another room.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a little mix-up with my order and wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next, so I ended up calling customer service. The person I spoke with was really kind and patient, like they actually gave me a minute to explain everything, which I really appreciated.
They looked into it, walked me through what would happen next, and somehow got it sorted out faster than I thought. It just made the whole thing feel less... annoying, I guess. Based on that, I’d definitely use Blinds To Go again
